Romantic dinner for my parents

Hello bloggers!
How are you??
Yesterday I prepared a romantic dinner for my parents and this is what I made for them:

For starter I made a Salmon-dill soufflee, and it was the first time for me making one and it turned out really good, the only thing that whas wrong was that i let it a bit to long in the oven, but the flavours were all there.

For main I made pasta (made by hand) with a spinach-ricotta-parmezan sauce

And for dessert I wanted to make a banana-chocolate coupe but because of the warmth it didnt work at all so in the last minute I prepared a almond pudding topped with banana and chocolate

I had so much fun in the kitchen, i just LOVE cooking, its my passion even i am no that good at it but I "dont care" because while im making the food I enjoy my life and it relaxes me so much, it makes me feel happy...

Have all a great sunday!
lots of kisses M.

I am reallt depressed lately because at school I dont have anyfriends... not that i dont talk to anyone or something like that, i have my group of "friends" whith who I stay at school but they give me the feeling they only are with me because they feel sorry for me, they more or less ignore me, never want to meet me outside school, etc... and it huts me a lot, it makes me wanna quit school but im not going to because im stronger, i wont show them my weakness!!
Beside I feel horrible I am getting a bit "sick", my throat huts so much omg i cant eat properly because swaloing hurts so much and talking also, so now im living on Angileptol and it works while im having them and 30 after them.. and im getting addicted to them because they taste good, so when i feel good again it wil be hard to quit hahaha

Im very very VERY exited for Saturday because im going to make a romantic dinner for my parents, and you will have to wait till Sunday for the resoults hihih :)

Macarons

Hi guys!
Sorry for not posting but I've been very bussy with school and thinking about stopping with my study and do something else or not. I am studying Comunication because in the end I want to work as magazine designer but the road to it is just so hard. My study is 4 years and I am now in my second year and in this two years im not learning at all what i want to learn because what i want to do strarts in the third year... so studying 4 years for only one year i like.... so I actually dont know what to do at all..

Anyway, last week I made macarons and they turned out perfectly.
There are a lot of different recipes to make them but I just the next one:

Ingredients:
40ml water
150gr sugar
110gr eggwhites
150gr almond powder
150gr powdered sugar

Preparation:
Kook in a pan the water with the sugar till it is 118ºC.
Mix 55gr egg white until stiff and then add the water-sugar mix slowly with the stiff egg white and keep mixing with the mixer during 10min (till the bowl is cold).
Mix in an other bowl the almond powder, the rest of the egg whites and powdered sugar.
When both are well mixed, fold the meringue genly to the almond mixture.
When it is all good combined put the mixture in a pipping bag and make on a griddle little circles and when all done let it dry for more then 30min at room temperature (there must come a little skin on the macarons)
When it is dry put it in a pre-heated oven (160ºC) for during 8-9minutes.
I could make 112 little circles, so 56 little macarons.

For the filling there are millions of different recepies of different flavours, I made mocca flavour
so for the filling I used 100gr butter, 100gr sugaar (suggar and butter must be always the same amound) and I added some coffe (you add coffe till you like the flavour). Put this in a pipping bag and fill the macarons with it and then put in the fridge so it can hard a little.
AND TADAAAAA you have your own macarons.

Have all a nice weekend!
Lots of kisses, M.
