Workout for beginners

Hi loves!
Today I want to share with you a workout calendar from www.blogilates.com , I think its the best page that exsists that helps you to exsercise because Cassy is so supportive!!
If you subscibe on her page you get every month access to a new workout calendar, and they are awsome.
This one I'm going to share with you is the calendar for beginners, and I cant wait till I can start with it!
I still cant because of my underweigh but now I'm allowed to workout during 20min so I just do some vids everyday but as soon as I can start again I wont doubt to start with this bigginers calendar!
